Collection: Sunscreen

Sunscreen is a product that protects your skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays, which can cause sunburn, premature aging, and increase the risk of skin cancer. It works by either absorbing or reflecting these rays away from your skin.

There are two types of UV rays to know about: UVA, which ages the skin, and UVB, which causes sunburn. Sunscreens are labeled with an SPF (Sun Protection Factor) number, indicating how well they protect against UVB rays. Higher SPF offers more protection. To be effective, sunscreen should be applied evenly to all exposed skin and reapplied every two hours or after swimming or sweating. Regular use helps keep your skin healthy and safe from sun damage.
